San Francisco-based food delivery app Door Dash was down for more than an hour late Thursday, and its help line was keeping some customers on hold, according to users on social media.
Door Dash acknowledged it was “experiencing some technical difficulties” and was working to get it fixed as soon as possible.
We’re currently experiencing some technical difficulties. Our team is working to get it fixed ASAP and we apologize for the inconvenience. For assistance, please go to https://t.co/c5pYsuNbmG.

We’ve been waiting for our food for over two hours, your support is nonexistent, and we’ve already been charged. Come on, you can treat customers better than this.

The same thing has happened to me. TWICE. I’ve been trying to cancel both the orders for over an hour now. Tried calling them and have now been on hold for the over 70 mins. Truly never using @doordash again. So disappointed in the lack of customer service.
