President Trump

The Baylor women’s basketball team visited the White House on Monday, the Lady Bears’ third visit as national champions. They were served food from Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Burger King. The team gave President Trump a signed basketball and a jersey emblazoned with No. 1. “It may not be the right size,” said Kim Mulkey, Baylor’s head coach. “Melania (Trump) may look better in it.” Trump said he loved it. “You know, I love those short sleeves. Such beautiful arms. Great definition,” Trump said as he stroked his upper arm. The coach then quipped, “Like I said, Melania may look better in it.”

Josh Rosen

Introduced as the Dolphins’ quarterback Monday, the UCLA alum said all the right things, smiled a lot and even cracked a couple of jokes. Despite a rough rookie season that prompted the Cardinals to trade him, Rosen still believes he can be a franchise quarterback. “I couldn’t be more excited to be here,” Rosen said. “Very rarely do you get a second chance to make a first impression.” As for motivation, Rosen’s crooked grin grew wider when he was asked about any chip on his shoulder. “I don’t think my chip has to grow any more,” he said. “I might tip over.”
