Legendary California rapper, actor, and entrepreneur Snoop Dogg is a recurring spectator at Golden State Warriors playoff games — even though he’s from Southern California and also reps the Los Angeles Lakers.
WARRIORS STYLE: The Warriors treat reporters to free In-N-Out at NBA Finals
He’s been seen at Warriors playoff games since at least the “We Believe” era, was seen hanging with Vallejo rapper E-40 at the Warriors NBA Finals Game 5 in 2017 and already weighed in on the Warriors opening round series against the Los Angeles Clippers, so it’s not much of a surprise that he’ll be in the NBA Finals mix this year.
DJ Snoopadelic, as he’s known when he’s behind the turntables, will be spinning at an after party for Warriors-Raptors Game 4 of the NBA Finals at Complex Oakland on Friday, June 7. He made the announcement via a post on his Instagram account Tuesday, saying, “Officially in effect. @fabbydavisjr1”
The party is being thrown by Oakland rapper Mistah F.A.B. and his clothing company Dope Era. Doors open at 10 p.m. Tickets for the event cost between $20-$500.
