Video: Oakland firefighters rescue 3 puppies from structure fire

Oakland firefighters saved three puppies from a structure fire Friday afternoon, and the firefighters recorded a video of the rescue.

According to the Oakland Fire Department, firefighters were made aware of a small fire in a building on 108th and Bancroft avenues at 3 p.m.

After arriving, firefighters found a pet crate containing three puppies inside the burning building. The puppies were extracted from the building and firefighters administered oxygen via a pediatric mask.

No one was injured, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
