Deadly Crash Blocks 3 Westbound Lanes on Bay Bridge

A deadly crash is currently blocking three westbound lanes of the Bay Bridge, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened on the incline of the bridge before Treasure Island, the CHP reported.

It is not clear when the lanes will reopen.

NBC Bay Area’s Mike Inouye recommended that commuters use the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, San Mateo Bridge or BART to get around the wreck and backup.
