The Golden State Warriors have yet to officially unveil their uniforms for the 2019-20 season — their first at the Chase Center in San Francisco — but that hasn’t stopped leaks galore from dropping throughout Internet-landia.
First, there were four new logos trademarked.
Finally, a video game trailer for NBA 2K20 got fans in a tizzy about a potential throwback jersey with San Francisco across the chest.
Well, that very jersey from the video game trailer quietly went up for sale on the NBA Store’s EU site this week, though it’s oddly not navigable when you search for all Warriors gear.
It also is only available on pre-order, with delivery set for Sept. 28.
The Warriors have been mum about any of the jersey leaks, so whether this is in fact the Warriors’ throwback alternate jersey for 2019-20 is purely speculation at this point. Its presence in an official store, however, makes this speculation a little more substantive.
The product description includes phrases like “get the authentic on court look” and “mimics the jerseys worn on court.”
